Phusis launch event: the human being at the heart of companies for better overall performance
13 December 2018 | 15h00 - 23h00
To mark its official launch, Phusis organized a day dedicated to “the human being at the heart of companies for better overall performance”.
Laurent Ledoux (former President of the FPS Mobility & Public Banking Director of BNPPF), Robert Collart (former Director of Transformation of Poult), Yannick Bollati (former CapCo and IBM) and Martin Mahaux (Doctor in co-creation) launch PHUSIS, a company specialized in supporting companies that want to adopt a more collaborative management (“liberated”, “opal/teal”, “circle-based”, “sociocratic” or even “holacratic”, depending on the preferred term). Phusis’ vision is a society in which all human beings have the opportunity to work in an organization that authentically respects the principles of life (of the “Phusis”) and thus pursue a “global performance”, at once financial, human, environmental and societal.
After a keynote presentation and introductory workshops, the day ended with a conference and debate with:
- Isaac Getz, author of Freedom Inc, professor at ESCP Europe, Cornell University, Stanford University and the University of Massachusetts. He is known to have theorized the notion of the liberated company and popularized it in France.
- Bertrand Ballarin, from Saint-Cyr, Chief of Corps of the 2nd Hussar Regiment of the French Army, Colonel Bertrand Ballarin has indeed become the promoter within Michelin of an important transformation in the management of many teams, based on the philosophy of “liberated companies”.
- Myriam Issawi, CEO of Belfius Auderghem-Boitsfort SCRL, an SME with 30 employees, spent a year in collaborative management.
