Roseline is a lawyer graduated from UCLouvain with a complementary master's degree in criminology from KULeuven.
She started her professional career as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar with the business law firm Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroek & Kirkpatrick.
After four years of practice in civil, tax and criminal law, Roseline wanted to join the corporate world and expand her activities to other disciplines.
She first joined Electrabel where she worked for six years in the field of human resources, successively taking on responsibilities in social relations management, skills and performance management, and the development of individuals, teams and organisations.
Roseline then joined Baxter as a member of the management team and head of human resources at the Lessines production plant. She has led a vast program of organizational, cultural and leadership transformation promoting meaning, trust, autonomy and collaboration. At the same time, she obtained a university certificate in change management at the Louvain School of Management.
Based on these experiences and convinced of the need to develop traditional organizational and management models, Roseline wanted to put her skills and enthusiasm at the service of companies wishing to evolve in this direction. She became a consultant specializing in organizational, cultural and leadership transformation processes within the consulting firm AgileMaker. In this role, she has worked with international companies of different sizes and in all sectors, integrating into her approach the dimensions of consulting, project management, training, facilitation, individual and collective coaching.
During these years, Roseline trained in coaching and obtained the certification of professional coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF, PCC level).
In addition to her practice in companies, she accompanies young people at the end of their school career in research and the definition of their professional project.
Roseline is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
