After four years of practice in civil, tax and criminal law, Roseline wanted to join the corporate world and expand her activities to other disciplines.
She first joined Electrabel where she worked for six years in the field of human resources, successively taking on responsibilities in social relations management, skills and performance management, and the development of individuals, teams and organisations.

During these years, Roseline trained in coaching and obtained the certification of professional coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF, PCC level).
In addition to her practice in companies, she accompanies young people at the end of their school career in research and the definition of their professional project.
