Ph.D. in management sciences, Laurent Taskin is Professor of HR and Organization Studies at the Louvain School of Management, Université catholique de Louvain. Director of the labor-H Chair in Human Management and Work Transformations, He is also academic director of the Master in HRM. He is (or has been) visiting professor in several Universities among which Cass Business School (City University of London, UK), Warwick Business School (University of Warwick, Canada), PSL Paris Dauphine (France) or ESG-UQAM (Montreal, Canada). His research focuses on new ways of working, in a critical perspective. He has published many articles in international journals like Organization Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Ephemera, New Technology, Work and Employment, Economies & Sociétés, Revue Française de Gestion… he has also published or edited more than 16 books among which Management Humain (De Boeck, 2020, with Anne Dietrich) and Critical Management Studies: Global voices, local accents (Routledge, 2016, with Chris Grey, Isabelle Huault, Véronique Perret). In 2012, He has been appointed as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Work Innovation (Inderscience).
