Since her adolescence, Noémie Van Geem is passionate by the theatre. The mind always active, she is asking herself a lot of questions. It is not surprising that she started university studies in Philosophy and then in Performing Arts.

After an internship as a production assistant at the Spa Theater Festival and a short replacement at a school in 2008, she starts her career in 2009 as an audiovisual production manager at EBUCO. She supervises the creation of web series for RTBF and corporate videos. This is where she discovers her ability to manage projects, schedules and teams.

In 2011, she obtains her Master’s degree in Philosophy before working at Kenovel, a company specializing in the manufacture of stainless steel hose. A discovery of the world of industry. During two years she juggles between orders from customers and suppliers, stock and shipments. She follows the computerization of the entire process in an ERP.

In 2013, she joins the commercial BO of JCDecaux Belgium to help integrate Insert. She also supports billboards sales by unit and long conservation.

During all these years, she continues to play amateur theatre with Compagnie du Comble.

2016 is the year of the big departure for Kuala Lumpur, where she follows her husband. She enjoys during two years a sunny weather and her little girl. She also travels to discover Asia, even New-Zealand. Back from abroad, determined to put hers energy and efficiency to other companies, Noémie starts as a freelance and completes her family project with the birth of a second child.
