Transformation Steward

Pierre-Boris has +20 years of experience in business, project and change management, developing and transforming organizations and teams.

He starts his career at IBM where he will be leading the engagement of inbound international IT outsourcing deals before joining Belsim S.A., a promising process engineering and technology company. He develops the company while paying attention to its global internal transformation. Belsim is quickly recognized as a market leader in its field, with a unique customer focus orientation recognized by corporate clients.

In 2010, he starts a new learning path in coaching, change management and systems dynamics, driven by the idea that both people and organizations make little use of their creative and collective performance potential.

In 2012, he drives the transformation of the governance of Belsim while leading a strategic innovation & growth plan, after a company upheaval. In parallel, he becomes an executive and systems’ coach specializing in organizational, cultural and leadership transformation processes. He coaches numerous teams and individuals on professional and personal change initiatives.

Pierre-Boris is passionate about personal power and collective performance. He focuses on building bridges and trust between people and communities and on helping people and teams connect to what opens their mind to change.

He complements his practical experience with relevant credentials, including accreditation as an ICF Certified Professional Coach (PCC), Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (CRR Global), CLPC (Community Life Competence Process), Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) and Holacracy.

Pierre-Boris likes challenges, has worked in difficult change environments and has collaborated with organizations such as IBM, MCI, Pepperminds, Projective and Wavemaker.
